Simple Ways to Be Beautiful !!

No matter how closely someone matches your ideal form of a physical perfection, you have to believe that it will eventually fade. What endures are the qualities, passions and habits we cherish & that’s what makes us beautiful !



DRINK WATER
A lot of problems we feel is relevant to the amount of water we drink in a day. Drinking 3 litres of water in a day is a very common rule or advise given by doctors for many ailments. Instead of having a cup of tea when you wake up in the morning , have a glass of water. It helps clear your skin and will improve the noticeable shadowy skin under the eyes. You will notice that your skin will have a natural glow.


WALK MORE OFTEN
The most important reason to walk more is to improve your overall health and maintain a level of fitness. Walking can be done wherever you are. You can burn calories and stay in shape. If you are walking outside more often , you are exposed to sunlight which provides vitamin D and is a great help for bone health and immunity. Fresh air lets you oxygenate the body and feel more refreshed. The British National Health Service (NHS) recommends taking 10,000 steps a day. That’s about five miles worth of walking. Your body is your vehicle for life so it’s important to take care of it. You may try using a pedometer to track how many steps you take in a day.

MOISTURIZE
Investing in a good moisturizer is definitely a must have , but then again you should be aware of the skin type you are. Everyone’s skin is different. If your skin is naturally oily then all you really need is a mild cleanser and in rare cases will need to moisturize. But there are others, myself included that do need a moisturizer after cleansing to keep the skin properly moisturized. That's why moisturizers are important. It helps to hydrate your skin. Make sure to drink water regularly as it helps to keep it moisturizes naturally.

RELAX
Honestly , life today is too busy for our own good. Remember to give yourself a break once in a while. Don’t worry about ineffective things that can’t be changed and try to focus on making life better not just for yourself but people around you. Take the time off work and stressful things, focus on yourself and give some time back to others like the beautiful ladies do on the UAE MUMS meet ups !!
