Hair loss / Hair fall

I'm here today to discuss about another very common issue in our lives related to Beauty that is - Hair loss / Hair fall.

Some common causes of hair loss

Physical & Emotional stress
Pregnancy
Too much vitamin A
Lack of protein

Home made remedies

1)Mix a few drops of castor oil with olive oil or almond oil and massage well leaving it overnight. Also add some drops of castor oil to the conditioner. This can be done as many times as you please.

2)Use apple cider vinegar as a last rinse after shampoo. To minimize the odour, add a few drops of your favourite essential oil. White vinegar works fine too. This should be done 2 times a month.

3) Mix 2 egg yolks with 2 tablespoons of olive oil & massage this mask into your scalp. Wash after 20 mins. This can be done as many times as you please.

4) Mix henna, egg and water to make a paste. Leave it for an hour. Then add lemon juice & apply the paste to your scalp and hair covering it completely. Leave it for an hour & then wash. This should be done monthly.

5)Mix a juice of one onion & 2 table spoon of honey & apply to the scalp. Leave it overnight before washing. This can be done as many times as you please.

6)Aloe vera is very good for hair. Apply & leave it overnight before washing. This can be done as many times as you please.
